When will my order ship?
We usually dispatch within 1 to 2 working days. Express orders placed before 12pm on a weekday go out the same day; Friday afternoon and weekend orders go out on Monday. In busy seasons, dispatch can take a little longer, and we'll always email you if anything is delayed.
Tracking your order
We send every order tracked. You'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as it's on its way to you.
Due to law changes in GPSR we have had to suspend all shipping to the EU until further notice. We hope to resume normal business as soon as possible, please keep in touch for updates.
