Products damaged on arrival or default policy.

If your product arrives damaged in transit or default, we are happy to replace or refund the item immediately. Please contact us at we will require your Order Number and a picture of the item with brief description of the fault/damage. We are unable to provide replacements or refunds without proof of damaged goods. This policy lasts 30 days from receipt of product.

 If you are unable to email us pictures we would request that you return the damaged product via Recorded Delivery in the original packaging for inspection. On receipt and after inspection we will either issue a full refund and return postage costs or replace the product.

When it comes to customer satisfaction, we want everyone to enjoy our products. If you are unhappy with your online purchase please Email us ASAP.

Please contact us at with your order number within 14 days of receipt to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we will be unable to accommodate any refund or exchange if it appears that your item has not been used in line with our Care Instructions provided. If the product is not in the original packaging or is damaged in any way, we are not obliged to refund you.

The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our offices. We recommend recorded delivery, please ensure you package your return securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes and keep proof of postage.


We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund or replacement has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 14 working days for your refund or replacement to be processed. All refunds are credited via the original payment method used when placing your order.

Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
